Information we process

We process your sign-in email, account identifier, prompts, generated results, model usage, credit transactions, and payment identifiers. Stripe processes card information on its checkout page; Gateway does not store card details.

How information is used

We use this information to authenticate accounts, run models, provide history, calculate usage charges, verify payments, and prevent abuse. Prompts are sent through the model processing service to the model you choose to generate a response.

Storage and retention

Run history is linked to your account. Generated media is stored privately and is accessible through links that expire after a limited time. We retain run history while your account remains active. Request account or run deletion at cs@vercelgateway.com. Payment records are retained for the period required by applicable law.

Browser storage

We store your sign-in session in your browser and favorite models on your device. Account information and private run history are restricted to the authenticated account.

Service providers and contact

EARNER operates Gateway. Supabase provides authentication and storage, Resend delivers sign-in emails, Stripe processes payments, and Vercel AI Gateway and the chosen model providers process model requests. Data may be processed on servers outside your country. For privacy questions and deletion requests, contact cs@vercelgateway.com.
