Service and accounts

Gateway is an independent workspace for running AI models in your browser. Keep sign-in links secure and submit only content you are authorized to use. AI outputs may contain errors; review them before relying on them.

Credits and pricing

The base exchange rate is 1 USD = 1,000 credits (CR). Top-ups are $100 for 100,000 CR, $1,000 for 1,000,000 CR, $2,000 for 2,020,000 CR including a 1% bonus, and $5,000 for 5,100,000 CR including a 2% bonus. Credits are added after payment is confirmed. Model usage is billed at provider cost plus a 20% service fee. We reserve the estimated maximum cost before a run and settle against reported usage or the selected output settings. Credits are for service use and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Failed and interrupted runs

If generation has started and the connection is interrupted, the reserved amount may be charged temporarily until usage can be reconciled. Run history shows when billing review is needed. Contact support so the operator can review the request and adjust any overcharge.

Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed and processed to the original payment method. The corresponding credits, including the proportional bonus, are removed when a refund succeeds. Used credits, payment processing costs, and applicable consumer protection rules may affect the refundable amount. Contact cs@vercelgateway.com for billing and refund requests.
